ROAD WARRIOR

The Road Warrior team came to Studio Simpatico with a product that was already successful in their industry. Their challenge was to expand their feature set and app experience while strengthening the brand for new and existing users. We began with stakeholder interviews to discern the priorities from a branding and functionality standpoint. These interviews led to wireframes which then expanded to new designs.

We collaborated with Road Warrior to adjust their messaging to incorporate their newest audience, dispatchers, without abandoning the drivers that make up their core user base. Balancing the language to communicate the feature benefits to both audiences in an integrated way reflected the actual integration of dispatchers and drivers.

Throughout, I worked with the design team and Road Warrior leadership to optimize the UX copy on their site and app used by drivers and dispatchers. By simplifying, clarifying, and streamlining this language, we were able to create a more frictionless digital experience for their most important users.
