Starbucks asked us to concept full page ads to be run in the New York Times announcing their company-wide initiative to require equal pay across genders. Unfortunately, the work never sold through, but my design partner and I remain proud of what we turned in. The asks were to incorporate the iconic logo in some way, but beyond that, we were given creative free reign.
